Prom was absolutely amazing! Oh my goodness.
Melissa’s idea for a video scavenger hunt was brilliant, and FREE. So we started off with that and it was pretty much the best time ever, especially when we watched all of the finished videos at the end of the night. I had so much fun, and Andy did a lot more of the tasks than I expected him to. We haven’t just gone out and done something fun like that in a while, it seems. It was really refreshing.
Getting ready and taking pictures was pretty fun too, and dinner was super entertaining. I love watching people cook in front of me. And the teriyaki steak at Kyoto is to die for!
The dance itself started off slowly, because we got there a little early. However, we were the first ones dancing and had a blast! We needed a break by the time most people showed up. Haha. I loved it so much. There was a free photobooth, so I’ll post those pictures after this. :]
I saw so many people there! And I was really glad I saw Katie and Jarrett. It kinda made me really really happy. We danced the night away, and I never got so tired I wanted to stop. There was just a good stopping point where we kinda decided we could go home and watch our videos. They were all hilarious, and I laughed super hard at a lot of good moments.
I’m so grateful for my friends — the ones at the dance, and the ones who helped out with everything else. I love you all so much! It was an amazing day and night.
